Weight Watchers Pumpkin Bread - 3 points

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp table salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 2/3 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 cup(s) canned pumpkin
  • 2 large egg white(s)    
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl: mix well.
  3. Coat a 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Cool on wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
