Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. melted butter
- 2/3 cups hot sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450
- Combine flour, water, garlic powder, salt
- Whisk until smooth
- Toss cauliflower in batter
- Put on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, tossing half-way through
- Remove from oven and toss in hot sauce
- Cook again for 25 minutes
- Serve with no-cal ranch.
