Libby's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnaon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 4 eggs (1 cup egg beaters)
  • 1 can pumpkin (29 oz)
  • 2 cans Evaporated Milk
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves
  3. Mix in eggs, pumpkin
  4. Stir in evaporated milk
  5. Pour into ramekins
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 50 minutes or until done.
  8. Cool and serve
