- 1 1/2 cup sweetener
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnaon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 4 eggs (1 cup egg beaters)
- 1 can pumpkin (29 oz)
- 2 cans Evaporated Milk
- Preheat oven to 425
- Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves
- Mix in eggs, pumpkin
- Stir in evaporated milk
- Pour into ramekins
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 50 minutes or until done.
- Cool and serve
